Mahari Yared Development Company completed the full renovation of two existing three-story residential structures at 5039–43 Spruce Street. The project transformed the adjoining buildings into six updated multifamily residences while preserving and improving the existing structures.
Each building was converted into three residential units, creating thoughtfully renovated living spaces designed to meet the needs of modern city residents. The work included comprehensive interior and exterior improvements, updated building systems, and the reconfiguration of both properties to support their new multifamily use.
Completed in spring 2023, the project demonstrates MYDC’s experience revitalizing existing Philadelphia properties and delivering high-quality residential environments within established urban neighborhoods.
